We all have lives that tick on non-stop schedules like TV shows. So, it’s time to take your break at “Our Commercial Break”. After working for years in television news, we needed an escape from our crazy schedules. This is it! “Our Commercial Break” sits atop Sugar Mountain, one of the best ski mountains in North Carolina. We're centrally located to Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Valle Crucis, Boone, Beech Mountain, Linville and Grandfather Mountain. They're each just a 15-30 minute drive from our refreshing spot.
This time of year the High Country Calendar is packed with folks looking to celebrate in the snow. Our Commercial Break is the perfect spot to plant your skis! To make the most of your time in this wonderful area click on the tab above and we’ll link you to our favorites. Our picturesque spot is the perfect home base for whatever adventure you choose: golfing, fishing, rafting, cycling, climbing, tubing, horseback riding, shopping, sight-seeing...You name it...it's easily accessible from Our Commercial Break. O course, if you don’t feel like leaving our cheery Commercial break and it's energizing view, settle in for a home cooked meal (maybe you reeled in a few trout today!) in the condo and watch a movie. Fantastic hiking begins right outside our door and goes on for miles up and down the famous Blue Ridge Parkway. Remember, take your time and enjoy the crisp mountain air. Our Commercial Break has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, a large dining and living area, and a fully equipment-stocked, working kitchen. We've left you plenty of information on the areas best restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities and entertainment. Although, most guests tell us they don't even want to leave the wonderful living room and view. So- You'll find plenty of games, movies, books and magazines...You’re in control when you escape to “Our Commercial Break”. |
